WesEri Corporation is dedicated to providing its customers with high quality TVs; excellent service; warranty and support to go along with our products. All WesEri televisions come with a one year warranty. Extended warranties can be purchased on our website. If for any reason you need to return a WesEri product, please see the return policy below.

Return Policy
All defective, non-operating, or damaged in shipment products will be immediately replaced by Weseri Corp. A return authorization form is required for all returns. To obtain this form, please click here or call our customer service department at 1(877) 239-0389

We offer a 30-day return policy for all defective goods or products damaged in shipment.

After 30 days, the TV will be repaired under warranty.

Customer related damages will not be repaired under warranty, and can be repaired at the customer's expense. WesEri Corporation will assess all damages within 72 hours and make final repair decisions at its discretion. If it is determined WesEri is at fault for TV damage or malfunction, WesEri will replace the TV free of charge or issue a credit to the customer's account.

WesEri will pay shipping charges for defective, non-operating, or products damaged in shipment. Please contact our customer service department for more information.
